@IFBAppliances

These people are fraud. I had ordered a dishwasher in their website which they were not able to deliver and they cancelled from their end after 1 month. I have not received the refund for the same.

I need the full refund and also the extra charge that I had to pay for closure of the EMI (3760).

NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF IFB.

These people took my money and did not me the product nor the refund after cancellation.
The customer service is very rude as well, they are ignorant of the issue. I have to reiterate everything every time.

[Dibyanshu Sekhar @dibswin]

I had ordered in emi and had to pay a charge of 3760 for cancelling the EMI because of the mistake that was made by IFB.
I am calling the customer service daily and not getting any resolution and they are not even providing the ticket number.

I had ordered for more than 7k and should receive a free bag coupon and ajio gold coupon and some more. Ajio deceived me into buying more than 7k but didn't provide any coupons.

It's already been a week but no response yet.

[Dibyanshu Sekhar @dibswin]

Been a week but no reply about the complaints. Such a bad service from @AJIOLife.

Let the rivals @TataCLiQ @myntra know about your bad service.

Provide me my coupons for shopping > 7k

@_MukeshAmbani and Mr. Vineeth Nayaar

[Dibyanshu Sekhar @dibswin]

@AJIOLife And based on your reply you mean to say that AJIO IS FRAUD to share this email with me and the promotional activity done by AJIO to make us but more than 7000 is all scam ?

Please pay attention @_MukeshAmbani .This is the kind of scam your brand is doing without your knowledge.

[Dibyanshu Sekhar @dibswin]

@AJIOLife The terms and condition was to shop above Rs 7000 which I did. I even received email that I have earned this coupon but the code would be shared post return date is over.
I hope instead of coming up with excuses it's better to come up with the coupon code.
