StartupTN addressed the audience in a session on "Building a Brighter Future with Inclusive Entrepreneurship" during the Global Investors Meet - TN GIM 2024 in Chennai.

The Anal Ambedkar Scheme by the TN Govt is set to revolutionize opportunities for SC/ST youth in Tamil Nadu. The government's commendable initiative of 5% procurement from SC/ST entrepreneurs and the establishment of a Venture Capital Fund (VCF) for growth capital is a significant step. However, it's crucial to align support with the 3 M Ecosystem, similar to the approach of the Govt of India. DICCI's collaboration with the Industry department of TN Govt has played a pivotal role in shaping these policies.

It's essential for the Indian industry to adopt Supplier Diversity and Employment Diversity to foster an equitable and sustainable society.

Special thanks to Thiru. M K Stalin, Hon CM, Dr.Rajaa, Hon. Industry Minister, Secretary & Commissioner of the Industry department of Tamil Nadu for creating a supportive system to promote SC/ST Entrepreneurs.

Dr. Ambedkar established his reputation as a distinguished economist in monetary economics following his encounter with John Maynard Keynes.
In an era when global trade operated on gold standards, But Mr. Keynes proposed India should adopt the Gold exchange Standards.

Contrarily, Dr. Ambedkar contended that a developing economy like India could derive greater advantages from a flexible Gold exchange standard. He voiced apprehensions about the potential for inflation if an irresponsible government were given the authority to print excessive currency. …

I had the privilege of participating in the Pran Prathishta Program at Ayodhya as a VVIP guest in the Industry Category.

It was an incredible experience sitting next to Mr. N Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Group.

I also had the opportunity to meet prominent figures such as Mukesh Ambani, Sunil Munjal of Hero Group, Sunil Mittal- Airtel, Anil Agrawal of Vedanta, Ajay Shriram, Ashish Chauhan, MD of NSE, members of the Jindal Family, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Mr Damani- D Mart, Mr Hira Nandani, as well as various personalities from film, sports, trade, commerce, Padma awardees, and saints. Among 7000 distinguished Indians, I feel fortunate to have been a part of this event.
