@anonbirdd@dancantstream Then that's on Twitch. They shouldn't turn a blind eye to antisemitism because they're playing favorites.
If they manage a platform recklessly everyone is worse off.
So after 15 years of making vids on YouTube, my account was flagged 2x in the last couple of years for "suspicious activity" and I got an email saying that my adsense has been permanently disabled. Friends. Pals. I have never once tried to cheat their system. Ever.
The entire premise is pretty absurd. I have been largely inactive on YouTube in the last year. My last monetized video was back in November. The income I make from YouTube monthly is pretty tiny. Why would I bot views on old videos? Would would I cheat ad clicks for such a small amount of money? I'm going to risk a channel I put years of my life into for $100 a month? This is of course a pretty silly proposition.
I'm working with @TeamYouTube to resolve the matter but the whole thing has been pretty stressful and a little heartbreaking. Even though I've stepped back from VOD's a bit in the last couple of years, I put a lot of time and energy into that channel over the last decade+ and to have it be yoinked like that for something that I have never once considered doing ever ever ever is a real punch in the gut.
Cross your fingers for me pals.
