Currently, there are 9 of us running with the aim of raising funds for The Baker Foundation, a charity set up by his parents to aid accessibility in cricket.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and if you’d like to run all/ a part of it that, would be amazing too :)
On Saturday 21st December myself and friends will be running a marathon in honor of my friend Josh Baker.
The route will start at Astwood Bank CC, his home club, running via New Road and Malvern college, and finishing at Barnards Green CC, my home club.

this bma messaging really highlights the rampant classism woven into the fabric of medical culture and the fact that many doctors have no interest in worker liberation or solidarity - they’re just annoyed we can’t give ourselves raises like bankers do
Harrowing words from a senior emergency medicine doctor showing the despair at not being able to provide the level of care every doctor hopes to for their patients. Every doctor, nurse & HCW can empathise with this right now.

✊dismantle the fossil fuel industry which is literally burning the planet for the short term profit of a vanishingly small capitalist class

police surrounding the thousands of flowers left for a woman murdered by one of their own, just after violently dispersing the (peaceful, socially distanced) female-led vigil.....? #claphamcommon
The media's hero-worship of Rishi Sunak ignores his real record during this crisis – from Eat Out to Help Out to opposing a circuit-breaker and liveable sick pay, the Chancellor has been one of Covid's villains. https://t.co/dpPxntdLsC
@FatiguedA @DelicatScan @HannahLidbetter@icsmsu thanks pal good to see academic snobbery is alive and well. Absolutely zero desire to have gone to imperial but I would quite like to work with someone who doesn’t have contempt for other HCPs in the future 🤷♂️
