@DarranPearce Also if you go back and watch his races look at how many times he has raced over 6f, shown a lot of early pace and led at the furlong pole or even inside it, only to be beaten into second or third in the last half furlong, a stiff 5f here looks pretty much ideal
@LTFC_Dave I think what is skewing those bookie odds is that Morocco are only slight odds on to beat Scotland whereas a lot of people would have them shorter, that match may decide their fate as if they lose that by two or more goals they would need a miracle to go through
@nickgoff79 I would say if you are one of the countries who needs to top the group to end up with an easier route then it’s too big a risk to take, but if you are England and finishing second or third gets you a kinder schedule then there is every incentive to rotate early
@LutonEye@TheLutonView18 True but he hasn’t been very good in the Champ for a while and has been a bit of a streaky player during his career, but you could see a bottom half Champ club coming in for him maybe
@DarranPearce@Globalgallop I’m with you Darren, this is a much ado about nothing when the main Tatts area etc was busier than usual, appreciate it was terrible for the bookies and food stalls there, but that area is rarely if ever busy on Oaks Day
@SSE_LTFC You can definitely tell which clubs live rent free in his head, like that weird obsession he had about us when we got promoted, I bet he doesn’t start tweeting about Hull every 5 minutes in August!
@zilzal89@brodders_be They were quite short but you could argue they should have been even shorter and probably will be next season, because of prem TV money it is like entering a cup competition where all of the other teams in it are in a league below you
@DPJHodges The result of all of this is that Labour are now slight favs with the bookies for the most seats at the next general election for the first time in ages, huge market move over the past 24 hours
@brucemillington@jack1024lfc@rianmbfc As others have pointed out in the last few days, if he is that good in the dressing room then just take him as part of your backroom staff, no point wasting a place in the playing squad for him
@GeorgeElek It was a thoroughly deserved promotion, it doesn’t always happen but the 3 best teams in League One definitely went up this season, with a few decent additions I think Bolton will stay up in the Championship as well
@adamgj03 That is laughable analysis of Edwards at Luton, he had a more favourable fixture list in the first half of the season with loads of games against bottom half sides at home, even then we were a point outsiderelegation zone when he left, and ended up going down on goal difference
@KeejayOV3@HarryStewartMo1@AKBets@RupertLowe10@RestoreBritain_ They have drifted back out on exchange to 22 after a poll result was published, they look like they are putting in a big effort and going to do better than some expected, but when you consider Labour & Reform are both polling over 40% and they are on 7%, it’s a huge gap to bridge
@danlukeashby Toney is the one that I can’t see why people are getting so upset about, yes he is playing in a shit league, but there are now 5 knockout rounds increasing the chances of a penalty shootout, so he gives you a different option off the bench and nailed on penalty taker
@seeley_nigel I agree with you about most of those but I can see why he is taking Toney, yes he is playing in a poor league, but whoever he picked in that spot was unlikely to play much, Toney can come off the bench and offer you something different and is brilliant on free kicks & pens
@FanHubHatter I wouldn’t be surprised if UEFA/Fifa have to step in and make sure he can’t work anywhere for a period of time, but wouldn’t hold my breath on that
