@evanstravers@weinerimer@cafreiman I have paid no more than 30 total for glasses at Costco and know people who get them for as little as 10 from Zenni. If youβre spending over 100 on glasses, youβre rich and have disposable income. Isnβt the whole argument about billionaires is nobody needs that surplus?
@DPFromTheJ@jackcitymafia@yoxics You originally said the entire 50k. Even if you live stream every room in your house 247, you canβt deduct rent claiming itβs all an office. That already sounds fraudulent as fuck to anybody with half a brain
@DPFromTheJ@jackcitymafia@yoxics housing and cars are not ordinary and necessary expenses so they are not deductible. You're either talking out of your ass or committing fraud that the IRS hasnt noticed yet. If youre gonna deduct an office then 100% of that office's use has to be for business, so not a bedroom
@DPFromTheJ@jackcitymafia@yoxics It most definitely is not a tax write off, you canβt deduct your rent unless itβs like a home office or a room specifically used only for work
