We do hope you're proud of the person you see on the mirror each day you wake to think how far you've been an obstacle to success of other cadres in UHC.

It's very UNFORTUNATE that you'd burn midnight oil to make sure you reap from the blood and sweat of UHC Health workers.
Since 2022,few months after serving as an SG to @kmpdu you've been PAIN in the ass of UHC Staff who are NOT members of Your cadre.
You see, we do understand that you'll only be happy after you've fired UHC Staff and maybe who knows, Replace them with your people??
You gave Full salary to Medical officers in 2024 but left out other UHC Cadres on HALF PAY.

Now, it's 2025..
You recently CONFIRMED 114UHC Doctors to PNP and left out 7,414 UHC From other cadres...

We have been on legal strike since February this year...
You never wanted to Request for PNP Budget for UHC. We had to fight for Allocation from @NAssemblyKE and @Senate_KE corridors.

Now, this is you.
You've been instructing the CECs from your Cadre to intimidate US. To Replace us.

UHC Staff Update:-

UHC Staff Audit and verification process Ongoing smoothly as Directed by super able CS @HonAdenDuale and @MOH_Kenya .

The process is meant to check out real UHC Medics and eliminate ghost workers.
It's dobe through:-
1.Verifying authentic Academic papers.
2.Verifying two UHC contracts. (2020, 2023)
3.Verifying practitioners licenses. (Should be valid as per regulatory council).
4.Deployment/posting orders.
5.Arrival letters

This is to verify the actual Authentic number of UHC Staff and ENABLE @MOH_Kenya to INITIATE PNP Confirmation process EFFECTIVE August 2025.
6.2B Has been allocated for this process and will be in effect from 15th July 2025.

We urge @KenyaGovernors through @MuthomiNjuki and @MaryMwiti to facilitate smooth process.

We as UHC Staff do reiterate CS @HonAdenDuale 's Remarks that our RTWF will be signed by August 2025 after the verification process and PNP Confirmation as agreed with @kUCOofficial

Therefore, we urge some counties to STOP the intimidations and baseless threats and recognize the Active legal UHC strike which will be solved within the set timelines.

All the 17Cadres Under UHC (8, 571UHC staff) Will be Meeting On Tuesday and Wednesday at Greenpark Terminus.
Time: 0800am

Date : 10th June 2025 and 11th June 2025.
All Cadres Under UHC program.

The procession will Then Move to @MOH_Kenya
THEN @NAssemblyKE
THEN @PSCKenya
And @TreasuryKe
We will Camp In All These Offices and We Will Not Go Home.

Head Count and Verification To be done here.

We Invite @KenyaGovernors Muthomi Nchuki and @MaryMwiti to come do physical headcounts and then together with @HonAdenDuale issue us our PNP Letters.

Governor Njuki has affirmed that the Council of Governors will not take a stipend payroll.

That the Council of Governor will only take payroll at current SRC market rates.

If payrolls are to be transfered to the counties they should be transfered as per SRC terms and not as stipends.
