@British_Airways I made a claim on 7 April following flight cancellations and have received no response. Also BA are unwilling to discuss the claim on the phone. What am I supposed to do ? You owe me over £6k in rebooked flight costs. Disgraceful !

@British_Airways thanks for abandoning our family of 5 in Dubai. Flight to London cancelled today. No offer to rebook. No alternative flights for 2 weeks. No offer of accommodation. Just told to sort ourselves out. The worst customer care ever. Shame on you.
