@opodo I am trying to reach you to get information about my flight.I booked the flight for Turkish Airlines, 1 way and it is in 5 days. Yet,Turkish Airlines customer service say,it is booked via Bangladesh Airlines and as a round trip. I would like to get explanation about this.

@Europcar Hi Bruno, thank you for your reply. We decided not to use Europcar and switched to @Hertz whose team was much more helpful.

In #Mexico, global companies work. But @Europcar is not one of those companies. Renting a car is always problematic and their team is never helpful. For heads-up, never use #europcar in Mexico especially in Cancun airport!
