1. Frequent Criticism:

- Does she often criticize you, your friends, or family without constructive intent?

2. Disrespectful in Disagreements:

- Does she escalate disagreements into arguments rather than discussing calmly?

3. Unreasonable Expectations/Demanding:

- Does she have an ongoing list of non-negotiables or have a my way or the highway personality?

4. Lack of Self-Awareness:

- Does she acknowledge her own faults or always see herself as the victim?

5. Nothing You Say or Do Ks Ever Enough.

- Being around her feels like walking on eggshells. Do you often feel anxious or confused about saying or doing the wrong thing around her?

Use this checklist during early stages of vetting or dating to gauge compatibility and communication styles.
