This week our colleague Jack Sirl has been in attendance at the Installer Show NEC 2024.
Fantastic three days supporting the team at Simon Acres Group Ltd and talking to show attendees about the Installer Apprenticeships.

They had limited materials and time and each and every learner gave it 110% and put the skills they have learnt into practice.
They are all winning designs, but please vote for which is your favourite by writing A, B or C in the comments.

The Study programme recently completed a design and build challenge inspired by @britainsbestwoodworker.

This year the learners had to make a coffee table with a unique twist. Each Coffee table had to have a folding/sliding additional shelf.

Didac is very excited to announce that this year we will be attending The Installer Show at the NEC in Birmingham, which is happening 25th – 27th June 2024.

We’re pleased have been invited along by The Simon Acres Group Ltd, to talk to you about all things apprenticeships.

Last week we hosted a WorldSkills UK event in our Academy. This was a practice run for competitor Isaac Bingham from Ireland. He was joined by Christian Notley MBE and spent the week making a cabinet.
