<농어촌기본소득 2년 한시 도입인데도 이 정도 효과인데, 이를 영구적으로 도입하고 금액을 상향하면 훨씬 효과가 크겠지요?

군단위 현재 예산은 보통 1인당 2천만원이 넘는다는 점을 고려하면 결국 의지와 정책 결단의 문제 즉 예산의 우선순위 문제임을 알 수 있습니다.

특히 최근 주식시장 활성화로 농어촌에 의무적으로 사용해야하는 농어촌특별세가 수조원대로 폭증하고 있는데 이 예산을 종전대로 농로, 교량 등 기반시설 확보에 쓰지 않고 농어촌기본소득 재원으로 활용해서 농어촌 기본소득을 지속사업으로 확정하고 기본소득액을 15만원에서 그 이상으로 높이면
농어촌도 살아나고,
귀농귀어도 늘어나고,
지역소멸도 막고,
국토균형발전도 이루고,
수도권집중에 따른 집값폭등 같은 문제도 완화하고,
행복한 노년도 보장하는 등 일석다조 효과가 있을 것 같습니다.
