@ElgarC@O2 Mine has now been dispatched but DPD seems to have lost it, contacted O2 today who don't want to know and have told me to contact DPD on their behalf. It's a joke, I've been with O2 for 15 plus years, I'm seriously thinking of cancelling and moving elsewhere.
@O2 sorry O2, I've been waiting for 10 days for my phone to be delivered, it was advertised as next day delivery but I'm still waiting and still getting these messages everyday!!! If I knew it would take this long I wouldn't have bothered upgrading!!
@O2 great, not only have I had to wait 3 weeks for my phone, it no looking like DPD has lost it, as it's been traveling to its Peterborough depo for 48 hours!
@AshMindSet@O2 Same problem here, ordered a phone told it would be next day, can't cancel, and I've paid upfront for the phone, they have taken my money but I have no phone to show for it
@YodelOnline your driver keeps leaving parcels at the end of the driveway, instead of bringing the parcel to our door which is less than 20 meters away, today it was left in the rain at the end of the driveway and the parcel doesn't even belong to us!!!
@AsdaServiceTeam ordered this for my mum, but it arrived damaged, no option on the website for a replacement only a refund meaning I have to reorder another, and pay for postage again and travel to my nearest store to send it back! All for a £4 present

@Geopost_news your driver is a disgrace, not only did he throw my parcel over my back gate, damaging the box and denting the gift but it was raining so the box was also wet, he then climbed on the gate to take photo of it on the floor! #dpd
