"For seven years as the governor of Oyo State, we did not witness such an incident in my state. Then I declared to run for the presidency at 4PM, & by 9AM the following morning, schoolchildren were åbducted in Oyo State.”
When I say “the devilish APC is behind the terrorism in Nigeria,” I say it with a bold face.
I offer apologies to no one, because fear is a means of control. When people fear you, they will learn to respect you. The APC understands this dynamic. Is there a more effective way to control Nigerians than through the instruments of fear? The APC entered a pact with the devil.
THE YEAR WAS 2013. The conspirators & the absolutely insane decided it was okay to import a bunch of ragtag militias into my country. They did that to spite Jonathan, & have him removed!
They promised them lands, lands that don’t belong to them. The militia did their job quite all right. And when the time came to collect, they quickly realized that they were in fact, deceived
Now they have refused to leave, & Nigerians are paying the price. Why do you think the APC is so invested in their rehabilitation; very attached to it. They patch them & throw them back into Nigerian society. Many find their way back in Boko Haram, ISWAP, ISIS, Lakurawa, ANSARU, banditry. & other enclaves. Bandits & terrorists won’t leave Nigeria until APC is k!lled & buried!
Nigeria is wasting billions of $$$ on insecurity because of people like Ali Modu Sheriff from Borno. He has never condemned the activities of the Boko Haram. If Nigeria was working, Ali Sheriff would have been jailed a long time ago.
Hajiya Naja'atu Mohammed told us everything.
In Ghana, any child who qualifies to represent the country in the International Maths Olympiad gets an automatic scholarship to MIT.
Interestingly, the head of their local Olympiad unit is a Nigerian. He left Nigeria the moment the Nigerian government stopped sponsoring our students for the program.
MIT students regularly travel to Ghana to prepare their students for the Olympiad.
It is also a huge talent pipeline for a company called Jane Street. They are the major sponsor for Ghana Maths Olympiad. Their starting salary is between $300k - $600k annually.
Have you people seen this?
Students who went to take their NECO exams got abducted from the exam hall?
This happened in Borno and I hope it gets the same media outrage as Oyo's.
This is unfortunate.
The boat metaphor gives us one way to trace their journey from Map of the Soul: 7 to AIRANG. During Break the Silence (Ep.1) RM described the group as “the 7 of us are on a boat, looking in different directions, but going the same way. That’s how I describe BTS”
By Right Place, Wrong Person, RM said, “The ship’s already sailed, and I can’t go back anyway.” The previous way of being BTS & perhaps the previous way of being RM inside BTS, can no longer simply be resumed
The ARIRANG images suggest that they are still in the process of discovering what BTS 2.0 will be & what shape their renewed commitment to one another might take. Their ask seems to be to KEEP SWIMMING
In the 1st image, the 7 are walking together, but RM is looking at the members. In the 2nd image, all 7 are in life preserver. The 6 are moving left while RM is looking towards them. They are not yet back in the boat. They are in flotation, in transition. Swimming
This makes sense considering they created it immediately after military service & their years apart. It also resonates with their reference to 7 other Koreans who came before them in the late 1800s & documented their own diaspora with an unfamiliar Arirang
ARIRANG is searching for the sound & emotional register through which they can return home. Their Korean roots, the memory of Arirang, the humility of remembering they are still 촌놈 & the practical reality of 7 members making music together all become part of the same foundation
This also clarifies RM’s leadership. His style is metacognitive because it keeps asking the questions beneath the questions: who are we now & where are we going?
These questions have been present since the school era. BTS’s music has always been a journey of self-inquiry: who they are under pressure, who they are in youth, who they are in love & before their shadows, who they are as 7.
ARIRANG does not begin that inquiry. It returns to it after break. The album documents a group, treading water together before finding their way back into their new vessel
The full names of the 46 kidnapped Oyo children. They are still in terrorist captivity as I type this tweet.
Pls share this post everywhere
Let their names be known worldwide.
Kindly lend your voice I beg you.
On today’s children’s day,
If this is all you do, you’ve done a lot.
By the way for those of you who are not aware, or maybe you are aware but you have forgotten, I just want to remind you:
When the terrorists went to Ogbomosho few days ago and kidnapped 45 people, they kidnapped 2 year old kids.
Read that again:
2 year olds were kidnapped.
2 year old little kids are currently in the den of terrorists, as I type this.
Just incase we have forgotten as a country. I want to remind you all again.
I recently came across a post where someone argued that a woman cannot properly raise a boy child.
While I’m not here to argue that assertion, I do have concerns about what is often implied when people talk about “training a boy child.”
The conversation tends to revolve almost entirely around masculinity. How to “be a man,” how not to be “feminine,” how to be tough, firm, and emotionally restrained.
But there is another dimension of a boy’s upbringing that is often overlooked or barely discussed: sexual awareness, emotional discipline, and self-control.
Between the ages of about 12 to 16, children begin to experience profound physical and psychological changes. Puberty brings hormonal shifts, curiosity, sexual awareness, erections, and sometimes masturbation. These are normal developmental processes, but they can also be confusing and overwhelming without proper guidance.
In many homes, mothers often begin early conversations with daughters about body changes, boundaries, and sexuality. But for boys, this stage is frequently met with avoidance, or shame-based messaging.
There is this belief that boys will eventually figure these things out on their own. So, adults, especially male figures, often either ignore this aspect of a boy’s development or dismiss it with a wave of the hand.
After all, the thinking goes: who taught them when they were growing up?
And that question is exactly where the problem sits. Because boys at this stage begins trials and errors, teaching themselves, seeking release, exploring on themselves and if care is not taking, on girls around them.
Now, this is where the male mentorship comes in. Because most of these boys dont even know what to do with themselves when they come to this age.
Now the big elephant in the room is, where are the men who understands these changes in the body of the boy child and can freely, and sensibly guide the boy child into dealing with his hormones that are going wild?
Because it is at this formative state of the boy child that he must learn restraint and control. He needs to understand that erections, wet dreams, and sexual curiosity are normal biological experiences, not moral failures. And all these can be controlled. He must learn the danger of masturbation and how getting addicted to it will ruin his life.
He also needs to be taught boundaries, respect, and responsibility toward others.
Research in adolescent psychology has consistently shown that comprehensive, shame-free sex education and open communication with caregivers are linked to healthier emotional development, better self-regulation, and reduced risky sexual behavior later in life.
What is often missing in public discourse is not just masculinity, but emotional literacy and behavioral discipline: how to manage impulses, understand consent, and develop respect for oneself and others.
A boy who is guided early to understand his body and emotions without shame is more likely to grow into a man who is self-aware, disciplined, and respectful in relationships.
So if society insists that men should play a central role in raising boys, then we must also ask: what kind of men are we entrusting with that responsibility?
They shouldn't be men who only define masculinity through hardness. And definitely not those who set up account to teach them how not to love too much, and how every woman is a whore and every woman's sexual organ is theirs for grab. but men who understand development, psychology, and emotional growth.
Men who can lead by example, who are disciplined, not just dominant. Men who are emotionally aware, not emotionally absent.
Men who model restraint, respect, and integrity in their daily lives.
Because ultimately, raising a boy is not just about teaching him how to “be a man,” but about guiding him into becoming a whole, responsible, and emotionally grounded human being.
Thank you all.
When you discover that it’s because of feminism that you, a woman, can enjoy the things you enjoy, you should be more vocal against a system that has oppressed your gender for millennia.
You are educated today and can own a phone and tweet, create content because of feminism, not cos of technology o, feminism.
Women before you took a stand and were even killed for it. Men used every system including the Bible to oppress women. We still see expressions of such ideologies today.
There is also a conversation we need to have with Christian men.
Because some of you speak about women with an underhanded disdain that is deeply un-Christlike, then hide behind “biblical order” to justify it.
You cannot simply look at every Christian woman who resonates with feminism and dismiss her as rebellious. History has shown women have had reasons to fight. The Church is not entirely innocent in the abuse and silencing of women. We have sometimes weaponized Scripture instead of rightly dividing it.
Some women did not become angry because they hate God. They became angry because people used God against them.
There are women who have been talked down to, ignored, diminished, spiritually manipulated, and emotionally controlled in church spaces while men quoted “submission” at them like a threat.
And when women begin to push back against that, you cannot automatically label them rebellious without enough humility to ask:
“What exactly are they reacting to?”
Because even in Scripture, God did not condemn women who challenged systems.
The daughters of Zelophehad fought.
They contended.
They challenged a structure that disadvantaged them.
And God said:
“The daughters of Zelophehad speak right.” (Numbers 27:7)
Not rebellious.
Not dishonorable.
Not with the spirit of Jezebel…
Right.
Some of you need to realize that being male does not automatically make your interpretation superior.
Statements like:
“Woman was created later, therefore she is lesser,”
“Eve was deceived, therefore women are inferior,”
“Men are naturally superior because Adam came first,”
do not make you sound spiritually mature. They make you sound biblically unintelligent.
Genesis 1 says:
“Male and female created he them.”
God did not create woman as an afterthought. He had both genders in mind from the beginning.
And Genesis 2 is not about superiority.
It is about order.
Order does not mean value.
Christ and the Church have order.
The Father and the Son have order.
Order is not inferiority.
In fact, biblical leadership is not domination.
Christ never used His position to belittle the Church, He died for her.
So how did some Christian men become more arrogant than Christ?
You brandish submission like a weapon.
You speak about masculinity like it is superiority.
You talk about women as though leadership means lordship.
News flash, you are not a biblical male. You are carnally minded and we all know what that means.
To lead in our Kingdom is to serve. Where is your service?!
And if creation order is your argument for superiority, then goats should be greater than men because animals were created before Adam.
The logic collapses immediately.
The truth is many women are angry because they encountered distortion disguised as doctrine.
Male ego preached as theology.
Misogyny defended with proof texts.
And instead of constantly rushing to call women rebellious, maybe Christian men need enough self-awareness to ask:
“Have we represented Christ properly?”
Because many women are not rejecting Christ.
They are reacting to men who looked nothing like Him.
Love and Light… with a sprinkle of Holy Ghost Fire.

University lecturers fraud are quite sophisticated.
They use the class reps as agents. The class reps then communicates with the students via WhatsApp and other means and takes only cash. As a reward, class reps usually graduate with 2.1 or first class in addition to commissions.
When these cases are taken up to the university senate, some of the members there commit same fraud. Only fully exposed or disgraced lecturers are dismissed.
This is a major decay in our country.
This is the reason why many universities produce low quality graduates. Graduates who know absolutely nothing about what they studied.
The same lecturers will be hired by INEC as returning officers to destroy the destinies of millions of people for another 4 years.
We need to dismantle this evil and corrupt practice totally.
If we don’t fix this, nothing else matters.
Fellow Nigerians, good morning.
I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.
Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.
We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.
More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.
We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.
Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.
Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.
However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.
Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.
And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.
There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?
Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
I have tweeted this a few times, and I will tweet it again.
Firstly, we cannot say they didn’t build or buy a house for their fathers just because it wasn’t posted online. Secondly, if they didn’t, there must be a story behind it. Lastly, and most importantly, we men underestimate the importance of bonding, showing up, and emotionally supporting our kids. We act like these things aren’t as important as providing. Many men don’t even try at all. no bond, no emotional support, and just providing.
Do you know why many men are quick to disown their kids? It’s because there is no bond. We see it online all the time: a video of kids making mistakes, and men commenting, “If any of my kids try this, I will disown them.” That easy? The first thing that comes to your mind is to disown them? I changed so many diapers, soothed their sickness, and endured every tantrum, and you just want me to disown my kids? Many men see kids as people they only need to provide for.
If all you do is provide, while the mother does the showing up, emotional support, and bonding, then when the kids grow up and it’s time to give back, they will do the same. Not because they are bad kids, but because that’s what they learned. They will celebrate their mother more. They will talk to her more. Meanwhile, you as the father who only provided, will only receive financial gestures and gifts. You will be taken care of. They will like post their mom and rarely post you. Ask people who openly celebrate their dads if all he did was provide.
But if you never celebrated them when they were young, why should they celebrate you? You can’t expect them to miraculously create a bond you never built. If you’re lucky, your kids may unlearn that pattern and try to build a relationship with you, but it will be difficult, because they were raised with, “As a father, it’s my way or the highway.”
I work 12 to 16 hours sometimes, and my daughter has a game right after that. I get tired, really tired, but I still show up. And many times, when I get there, the smile that lights up her face when she spots me in the crowd is priceless. I love seeing that.
Do you think I always have the strength to go to parks, birthday parties, pools, and watch her play sports? Sometimes I want to rest, but I still try. And whenever I can’t make it, I communicate that with her. I don’t just fail to show up. I explain and give her reasons. So, my brothers, providing for your family and being emotionally present aren’t mutually exclusive. Try. Otherwise, when you are down, your kids won’t be beside you on your deathbed, but they will make sure you d*e comfortably.
