@SimGuruAmelia hello, the subreddit has reported MANY issues with the new update, im currently compiling a list but the main issue is with freezing and a player reported their game crashed and now all they see is black and magenta stripes (1/2)

@SimGuruAmelia My save is VERY old, and I dont want to risk triggering any false positive checks. People on the subreddit are also unsure if they can link their accounts if they've visited neighbours with farms and such.

@SimGuruAmelia Hey Amelia, I'm late to the update and I have a few questions regarding linking your game to your EA account. I heard that some people are getting their accounts banned. Is there any chance a legitimate save could trigger that? What is used to determine that a save breaks TOS.

@SimGuruAmelia IDK If this is an issue with the lighting update, but I basically moved devices because of it (iphone 12 -> m2 ipad air) and the game was logged in for a day, before it logged me out and refused to let me log in again. Can you please look into this issue too?

The game used to log users out of Facebook every day, and we would have to manually re-log.

Now the game won't let me log in at all, it just says on the "loading" screen with no pop-up. (M2 iPad)

- The disco ball light no longer sparkles
- Living teddy bears have no eyes
- Some devices render random colorful squares in places where the light source is supposed to shine

- Robbed of bribes: We were supposed to get 10 free bribed for the Influence Island, but many players are reporting they have received only half the bribes or none at all
