🚨JUST IN: The Key match incident panel that consists of 5 people made up of ex players/coaches/ref agreed with the referee to not send Gabriel off for the kick on Martinez back on GW3 by a score of 5:0.

❗️Full explanation: The panel unanimously supported the referee's call of no red card. Multiple players were on the ground competing and challenging for the loose ball, and the action of Gabriel was not deemed to
be an act of violent conduct or serious foul play.

It's definitely the right call to make. Not sure if you were made aware but Malo Gusto was also involved in the VAR's decision to allow the goal so I think it's best he sits next week out aswell from all footballing action.
