The amount of souls that are needed to do tower refreshes is so insignificant. All you gotta do is to spam 1H quests and if you play tower, you will always get more souls than you spend on average. If their account progression is not able to accommodate that, then it’s their problem. It barely takes much effort to have a mid level account nowadays.
