Higher tax rates don’t automatically mean more money for the government.

The Laffer Curve isn’t a right-wing fairy tale. At 0% the state collects nothing. At 100% it also collects nothing, because people stop working, investing, hiring, and reporting income. They leave, hide it, slow down, or never start. Somewhere in between sits the revenue-maximizing point. Cross it and you’re not “making the rich pay their fair share.” You’re shrinking the tax base, then acting surprised when receipts fall short and you must tax the middle class even more.

That’s why “just raise the rates” so often produces less revenue, more loopholes, slower growth, and a bigger black market, followed by the same left politicians demanding even higher rates to cover the gap they created. The curve doesn’t care about slogans or morality plays. It only cares about incentives.

More tax does not always equal more revenue. Pretending otherwise yields poorer citizens and a broke government.

Same party. Same election. Two completely different electorates. That’s not a coincidence.

It’s the same pattern Mike Lee has been screaming about for years: mass mail-in voting reliably pads the left and clips anyone the establishment wants stopped.

AfD still scored a historic blowout and more than doubled their last result. They just didn’t get the outright majority the people who showed up in person gave them.

One Election Day. In-person. Voter ID. Count it that night.

Anything else is an invitation to play games with the result.

Capital formation lifts people out of poverty. You build wealth through savings, property rights, and voluntary exchange, none of which $22 trillion in redistributed spending actually produced.

There are a lot more women lately talking about how women's voting rights were a mistake.

Let me remind you all again...

No nation-state that has implemented wide-scale women's rights has survived past a century or so. It tends to increase the opportunity costs of having children... and more often than not, they opt to abort the child or not have a child at all to preserve their 'status'.

There were also tons of matriarchal societies as well, but most of them never scaled to conquering nation-states and were wiped out by more organized patrilineal tribes, etc.

La deuda que López y Claudia han adquirido es DOS VECES el Fobaproa, esto a pesos actuales.

Deuda que ha sido usada en proyectos fracasados como el tren Maya, dos bocas y Aifa. Y que también sostiene en parte los programas sociales.

Gracias a ese mal manejo, ya no hay dinero para medicinas, iluminar y mantener calles sin baches, para el mantenimiento de la red eléctrica (por eso los apagones), para el mantenimiento de la red de agua potable (por eso los tandeos) y para seguridad pública.

Este es un gobierno irresponsable y corrupto.
