:-) https://t.co/3quD99qnfC

Another day without a new #COVIDー19 death in Portugal! 🙌 This is the third time in just over a week. Although many things have reopened (including schools), the numbers of new infection remain stably low at the moment.

The government has announced that the further relaxations will only occur if the 14-day incidence remains below 120 and R < 1. Curious to see if this will be followed through so consistently. 7/7

Monday, the first relaxations of a three-step plan went into effect. Kindergartens and elementary schools are open again, stores are allowed to sell at the door. This will certainly be reflected in the new infections soon. 6/7
In 2020, 18889 marriages took place in Portugal. This is by far the lowest number since these statistics began in 1886. https://t.co/7SSFXocUW4 #casamentos#COVID19
#COVID19 numbers dropped much faster than expected in #Portugal, so the government announced the roadmap for lifting the rules@today. First to open are daycares, kindergartens and primary schools on Monday.
