We might not know the full impact of COVID-19 on mental health for a long time.
Here is a story of how I’ve been coping, along with a few others from inspiring @CAMHnews friends and supporters.
Please remember that you’re not alone❤️

@Bell_LetsTalk’s @marycdeacon said “We need parity between physical and mental health. I aspire to having a Canada where every single person has access to mental health care”.
This is where #BellLetsTaIk is helping to take us. 🙏
... And a huge thank you to all our staff & clinicians who shared their expertise & enthusiasm on tonight's @Bell_LetsTalk Livestream. Your dedication to our patients & advocacy for #mentalhealth makes us proud to have you on board.

The first #BellLetsTaIk day was in January 2011. 7 months later my friend Wade Belak died. On this day I can't help but think that Wade would be a treasured ambassador for this cause. He was charming & smart & kind beyond words. I hate that he's not here.

Some days are better than others, some days feel like they’ll never get better. It’s been a tough few years for my family, but as long as we keep talking and most importantly listening, we’ll get through it. #BellLetsTalk
Coming to the premier facility in Canada is an amazing experience. Thrilled to be here, but also aware that I'm blessed to not need their services right now. I am aware every day, every minute that I am one of the lucky ones.
