Police just arrested an illegal from Mexico, named Jose Andres Guerrero Talamantes.

Jose was driving on drugs when he plowed through a stop sign, hit David while on his motorcycle, & dragged him to his death.

Jose is booked as white.

Hell 1 died before the way before "riot" even began and the other which wasn't involved died a day later. Then there was a stroke victim

Houston has not investigated 264,000 rape cases because they were "short staffed" Here is one already deported in 2012, raped a woman and got away with it. Robbed a store, broke into a home, tied a husband up and raped the wife. FBI arrested not local
