Very interesting article about IF and health outcomes. I found it particularly interesting that the anti-aging benefits have only been tested in petri dishes. It seems like that detail tends to be left out and it is indeed an important factor.

In one way this research only scratches the surface as it often only includes those who meet ED diagnostic criteria, but all eating difficulties deserve support and many people with disordered eating or a difficult relationship with food have also struggled due to the pandemic.
