@poccoch Struggling with meals? When I was vegan I ate A LOT of curry and rice (you can legit put any veg in it), veggie sandwiches (find good condiments), beans or chickpeas with everything, nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor, lots of potatoes and rice
@STARREXIIC I understand : ( I also have a hard time seeing my progress when I know I could be doing better. Stay safe, drink water, and make sure to stretch always 🫂
