@UberEats also acknowledged the food tampering via chat, and are hiding behind the “no photo” to avoid a 70 dollar refund. @UberEats policy must allow customers food to be opened and tampered with. They will not escalate the issue, and keep sending back generic responses
Major food safety issue with @UberEats Food was delivered to the wrong address, admitted by the driver, opened and handled by another customer, picked back up and delivered to my house. Open and all. Refusing to refund because the food went straight in the trash, with no photo.
