@lufthansa@Lufthansa_DE lousy service after significant delay in Amsterdam and missed connection. You get a smelly hotel room and they kick you out at 10 am, while rebooked flight is 9.15 pm. Grumpy service desk, not helpful. You are left on your own. ๐ก CEO needs to step down.
