@themgmtconsult While the "family" phrase is and was nauseous, it usually was a platitude uttered by the C-Suite and could be ignored. "Team player" always came in the project meetings you described, was usually due to an f-up from business/sales, but you knew you were now working the weekend.

@ph_singer Yeah, phonetically, we often conversationally shift the pronunciation from "would have" to "would've", but no one really writes "would've". I wonder then if they are using a computer transcription feature with the closest phonetic match of "would of".

@tomfgoodwin Agreed. Most large retail stores list products for delivery (theirs or third-party) ahead of in-store inventory. Feels like they are trying too hard to expand other revenue streams at expense of going to store, which should be fast. Worst is what site says vs. actually on shelf.

The first rule of machine learning:

Do not start with machine learning.

Instead:

1. Start with a rule-based implementation
2. When the rules become complex, upgrade to a simple model
3. When you reach the limit of your model, upgrade to a more complex one
