Tempranillo, fermented off the skins, with a year in oak. All sorts of different types of cherry on the palate. But is it a negre or a rosat? I think we need @LizGabayMW to taste and thence to rule. “Ooo” is ready to be unleashed!

Was given this today. Very interesting beer made with grape juice, brewed by Damm with Celler de Can Roca. Quite citrus and a useful alternative to have in the locker for difficult pairings. Have you tried it @winematcher?
