Been 10 toes down in web3 since 2021 and now the US government is recognizing it's power to reshape the regular Americans's life
This is the point when you can claim...

and still here😉
"Many of us in this room believe that crypto, blockchain, and Web3 infrastructure represent the next evolution of the financial system."
@SergeyNazarov's opening remarks to President @realDonaldTrump at the White House's first-ever Digital Asset Summit:
Dig-A-Hash hasn’t paid for Gas on our contracts in years. Staking Alts generates enough Gas to power all of our Smart Contracts.
This showcases a self-sustaining model that maximizes efficiency. We have removed all reliance on purchasing Alts while keeping our ecosystem thriving.
Smart strategy can outpace traditional spending, and we believe the US Gov. could learn a lot from this model.
The @dig_a_hash team released a new demo showcasing how to display NFTs using the vue-evm-nft package integrated with Vuetify and Vue, all written in TypeScript. This wraps up our open source contributions for 2024!

NFTs or DIDs: Understanding the Differences and Potential
Last year, while working at https://t.co/IjBUMzdOmR, I specialized in Decentralized IDs (DIDs). This experience gave me valuable insight into the future of identification, digital proof, and web authentication. Coming from a background in NFTs, I noticed many similarities between the two technologies, especially in their focus on verification, proof, and control. At the time, it seemed like DIDs and NFTs were overlapping in purpose, causing me to rethink how I viewed NFTs.
NFTs are traditionally seen as tokens representing ownership of unique digital goods, such as art and collectibles which is arguably a feature that could be done even better using DIDs and Verified Credentials. If someone wanted to prove ownership of a Picasso painting, a Verifiable Credential (VC) would likely be a better fit than an NFT, especially in cases where privacy, security, and selective disclosure are important.
Recently, we’ve also seen NFTs used in customer loyalty programs, which overlaps with Verifiable Credentials (VCs) in the DID ecosystem, as both can represent verifiable proof of participation or membership. While these use cases are still exciting and growing, I believe NFTs have the potential to play a role in web content management that does not overlap with DIDs.
Imagine a system where blog posts, product listings, or even entire websites are managed using NFTs. Each piece of website content is owned by a wallet, giving the owner the ability to modify and control that content as needed. This is the approach I’ve taken with my platform, @dig_a_hash , where NFTs are used to manage data content dynamically. Every item in the e-commerce sites we build are NFTs, controlled by the shop owner. This allows the shop owner to update prices, product descriptions, images, and more.
This type of web content management is not what DIDs aim to solve, despite the shared focus on verification and control of data.
DIDs are centered around proving identity. They give users control over their identity, credentials, and personal data in a decentralized way. In the future, DIDs will form the backbone of identity verification across apps, networks, and even government systems.
NFTs, on the other hand, are about managing public data, and web content. In my platform, @dig_a_hash, NFTs act as publicly indexed records for website content, such as blogs or product listings. This expands the role of NFTs beyond static assets to dynamic pieces of content that evolve over time.
By distinguishing these roles, it becomes clear that DIDs and NFTs, while sharing some overlap, can still serve different but complementary purposes in future decentralized ecosystems. Together, they can create a more robust, user-controlled web experiences, with DIDs managing identity and NFTs publishing public web content.
Thistle & Thorn Tattoo is adding more NFTs to their portfolio with @dig_a_hash.
This is a tribute to the owner's native ancestry, while its skeletal subject adds a touch of the mysterious and the unconventional. The beautiful headdress and the grim skeletal form create a captivating piece of body art.

Details matter
@Dig_A_Hash_Kid added a little palm and twinkle to the background of the @UrbanhomesteadX build
We removed this aesthetic detail on mobile because it is hard to see in daylight, on a small screen, and drains battery
Different platforms = different experiences
Building again
Client- @UrbanhomesteadX
They deployed their product catalogue smart contract on @avax and it was verified on Ava Scan yesterday.
This open sources the code to the contract, and verifies the code with the contract on chain.
Soon, we will start telling the story of how we are building our website
It's going to be different but super cool

One day you will interact with NFTs and blockchain daily, but you just won't talk about it
Like the internet today, you don't go around referencing the internet as your means of daily function. It is merely implied.
It took around 30 years for internet mass adoption
We build for web3 as an iteration of the internet
Not for gains in digital currency or speculative trading
Catalyst of a digital society
It will introduce digital ownership initiated by digital currencies- how we hold and transact
Social media was the ceiling for Web2
Elevate your business in the emerging digital era of Web3 with NFTs
NFTs can be functionalized as digital assets, revolutionizing how businesses interact with and provide value to customers
