@LordVertinary@pogiso_maile@Nedbank Exactly the same applies to me. Unauthorised transaction took place on the 4th. Their waiting period is kak. I went to the branch to cause chaos! I even demanded their IT team contacts. So that I get to call them and tell them about their messed up facilities.
