Diggs

We believe our pets deserve safer, thoughtfully designed products. That's why we created the best dog crate ever – Revol.

Introducing our newest product configurator, Revol Dog Crate by @diggspet. Designed to grow with your pup while still being an inviting place for them to retire to, not to mention, fully customizable. Perfect for training and beyond, check it out here: https://t.co/CeOX3TghKd

@TerriKopp2it We’re very sorry the price upset you and you felt left out. That was not at all our intention. Our competitors sell a similar size for over $1k — we chose not follow their lead. Because we do care about our pet parents.

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@TerriKopp2it We understand it’s a lot. That’s why we try to offer options to split up payments (Klarna & Affirm), to help with this. We wish we could make such an awesome, large crate more affordable but we also don’t believe in cutting corners.

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@TerriKopp2it Our large Revol price wasn’t an easy decision and was largely based on the cost of goods and the significant cost to ship such a large item. Shipping alone, costs ~$75 one way. We are truly trying to make great products, not take advantage of anyone.

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@sophaaachi We have Klarna and Affirm! Allows you to break up the cost over interest free payments. We think it’s worth it 😉

Absolutely LOVE the new @DiggsPet crate I got for Flapjack. Looks amazing, quality is great and it’s got some super convenient features on it (including this dope lil garage style door). Highly recommend. 🐶😌👌

@prernachikersal @DJD Hi there! We’re so sorry for the delay, we’ve tried making it clear on our website that it’s currently taking 10-15 days to ship our small grey Revol but we understand it may have been missed. Your order should be shipping next week!

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@lalalalenaa_x3 We’re hoping to start the pre-order in late July with orders being delivered by Nov/Dec. Hope that helps!

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@DJD We’re expecting all medium grey pre-orders to ship by the end of next week. I hope that helps!

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@DJD Hi there! We have experienced a number of delays unfortunately. Have you reached out to our customer service team? If you can share your order #, I can look it up for you.

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@catchstars Awe, what a cutie!! It looks like he’s loving his Diggs 🥰🐾

[Diggs @DiggsPet]

@reynolds_venn Yes! Our pups need a home for today and for when their parents go back to work. We’ve always thought getting a furry child is a good idea, pandemic or not! 🐾❤️

[MaggieLovesOrbit @MaggieOrbit]

Still can't believe she's 5. Where does the time go.
