🚨 JUST IN: INCREDIBLE mic drop from Sec. Marco Rubio. BOOM! 🔥
"The Constitution does not say you elect the President and then you put in place a State Department to undermine the President if the person who's the Secretary of State doesn't agree with him. That's ridiculous. That's STUPID, REALLY!"
"At the end of the day, the person the people of the United States elected to be the President of the United States and the Commander-in-Chief is Donald J. Trump. That's who they elected. And MY job, and the job of the people in our administration, is to implement the PRESIDENT'S foreign policy."
"Why people think that somehow foreign policy can be divorced from our republic? That's not the way our Constitution WORKS."
"I don't know why anybody would think that. So that's the job I have, and that's the job I'm proud to do. I think we've made a lot of progress."
Elizabeth Waffle is 88 years old. She lives in a trailer in Milan, Michigan. No computer. Spotty phone internet. Modest pension after her house burned down.
Federal records put her name on 14,696 ActBlue donations totaling nearly $150,000 over five years. Roughly eight a day. Average under ten bucks each. Forty-seven of them to Abdul El-Sayed.
When Charlie LeDuff showed her the paperwork, she said the only thing that fit.
“Hell no. I don’t have that kind of money.”
Democrats spent years selling the country a “small-dollar grassroots” story. The machine that powered it is under House investigation for foreign donations, weakened fraud checks, passport “verification” that only counted characters, and a legal team that walked out after 2024. Their CEO took the Fifth.
The names stayed on the filings. The money still moved. El-Sayed is the nominee.
They call it small donors. She calls it impossible.
@AmericaPapaBear Normal people quit testing for covid when they figured out it was a cold for most people. I haven’t tested in over 5 years and only did it before when my school required it if I had a covid positive student.
Want to cut property taxes in Texas? Audit the largest non-profit abusers out there - hospitals. Their net incomes places them in the top 16 of 20 nonprofits in the state… and they give back far less than they receive.
@HospFactCheck@CASEForAmerica
Only one branch has touched H-1B.
The executive branch. The other two have sat on their asses with no intention of doing anything against their lobbyists.
Trump's people put a six-figure fee on new petitions. They opened fraud cases. They walked into empty offices that were supposed to hold hundreds of visa workers. Yesterday they froze PERM for Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini. No new green-card filings. No pending ones either. Vance stood up and said no company abused the system more than Microsoft. Fines, suspensions, investigations. That is action.
It is also not a statute.
A blue house can pull their funding.
An executive order depends on who the POTUS is.
Congress has held hearings. Congress has written bills. Congress has put names on press releases. A bill is not a law. Schoolhouse Rock laid that out in a song most of us can still hum. The scroll does not become law because a senator is angry on television. It becomes law when both chambers pass the same text and it gets signed. That has not happened. The cap is still the cap. The body-shop model is still legal until someone rewrites it. They have not rewritten it.
The courts do not write the visa statute either. They can block a fee, slow a rule, or send a case back. They cannot decide that American graduates get the seat. That decision sits with the people who will not take the vote.
So when someone tells you the Senate is "working on H-1B," ask for the public law number. If they do not have one, they have a draft and a donor lunch while assuring their Chamber of Commerce and ITServe Alliance lobby its all talk and no action.
The executive branch moved because the legislative branch would not. Temporary rules can be undone by the next administration. A statute is harder to wipe. They know that.
That is why the bill stays a bill.
Before entering politics, James Talarico was Central Texas executive director of Reasoning Mind, a math software company backed by millions in Texas taxpayer funding.
TEA later made it one of just FOUR approved math software options. Imagine Learning then acquired Reasoning Mind in 2018, putting TWO of those four options under the same corporate owner.
A rigorous federal study later found NO statistically significant math achievement benefit from its fifth-grade curriculum.
Today, Imagine Learning is expanding curriculum development into INDIA.
So he didn’t just crash ACL - he crashed Texas education and proved he could be a useful idiot for those seeking to offshore American jobs and curriculum design.
He took millions in taxpayer funding, delivered questionable results, that then turned into corporate consolidation and now offshore curriculum development.
He cannot be allowed any more access to critical infrastructure.
ABC News is in big trouble, again, for lying about the Trump family and then quietly deleting the report. Hopefully ABC News gets sued into bankruptcy over this. They falsely published a story on Wednesday that said Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump’s investment firm, 1789 Capital, had taken a major stake in a defense company called Anduril and that Anduril had then won more than $6 billion in Pentagon contracts. California Governor Gavin Newsom shared the story. The numbers were wrong, and Palmer Luckey says Anduril gave ABC News the correct figures before the story went up.
This is what the fake news media does. They publish lies, do the damage by getting those lies amplified, and then quietly retract the stories. This is an unforgivable pattern of malicious behavior and ABC News needs to pay the price. Make a legal example out of them.
Here’s the true story. Anduril is a private defense technology company founded by Palmer Luckey, the entrepreneur who created the Oculus virtual-reality headset. Anduril builds autonomous drones and other military systems. 1789 Capital is a venture-capital firm where Donald Trump Jr. is one of six partners. ABC News reported that 1789 Capital had taken a major stake in Anduril out of a $2.5 billion funding round. Luckey says 1789 Capital actually invested $50 million, which is roughly one one-thousandth of his Anduril company valued at more than $60 billion. He also says most of the $6 billion figure was a contract ceiling with the government, the maximum the government is allowed to spend, not money it has actually committed to Anduril. These facts are of enormous significance and if truthfully reported would’ve taken all punch out of the ABC News piece.
The editors at ABC News reviewed the piece, made a small edit, and stood by it. Then ABC News deleted the page. No note. No explanation. And certainly no apology. The link went dead. Brian Stelter says a source told him the story was “published prematurely.” Luckey says that’s a cover. The author has gone quiet. ABC News has since put up a corrected version with an editor’s note admitting errors on the investments, contracts, and timeline. My guess is they’re still talking to their legal department about lawsuits from the Trump sons.
A news organization does not get to put false numbers into the world, watch Democrats spread them, and then erase the article when the target answers with the ledger. Correct it on the same page or don’t publish it. Better yet, just publish the truth. As I’ve said before, it’s much more powerful.
I hope Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump sue ABC News for billions. That’s the only way these propagandist media companies will ever stop, when they go bankrupt.
Here’s the team that’s likely creating the curriculum YOUR K-12 student in Texas is learning.
Anushka, with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Mithibai College in India and zero US experience - is the “Learning Architect Manager.”
We are living in an absolute clown world. @GregAbbott_TX has lost control.
At first, I was shocked to learn Texas was importing English Teachers from India, but what I’ve just learned is even worse.
TEXAS TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING MILLIONS TO AN EDUCATION COMPANY DEVELOPING AMERICAN SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN INDIA.
And the deeper I dig, the worse this looks.
Imagine Learning says it serves 18 MILLION students, 38,000+ U.S. schools and HALF of all American school districts.
I’ve identified more than $7.7 MILLION in Texas district contracts, purchasing authorizations and payment records.
Imagine Learning is recruiting workers in Bengaluru to develop American K–12 curriculum.
Not just software engineers, not customer support but CURRICULUM ARCHITECTS, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS, ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS MANAGERS.
People in India are developing American K–12 reading lessons, writing assignments, literature questions, essay prompts, assessments and materials “aligned with U.S. state education standards.”
They’re even recruiting managers to oversee curriculum design decisions and AI-assisted lesson development.
We’re talking about the actual educational content being created for American children and this goes FAR beyond one office.
INFOSYS publicly announced TWO AI-first delivery centers for Imagine Learning in Chandigarh and Pune, supporting product engineering, business systems and operations.
Straive LearningMate also names Imagine Learning as a client for AI-assisted curriculum production, including assessments and content transformation. Its executives describe a relationship spanning more than a decade and the INDIAN GOVERNMENT is celebrating the expansion.
Karnataka’s government technology department publicly promoted Imagine Learning’s Bengaluru operation, highlighting AI, data science, engineering and product development.
Imagine Learning India executive Ravi Shanker also reported attending a Karnataka government-hosted industry meeting with senior political leadership.
But wait, there’s more - look at what Imagine Learning markets to TEXAS schools:
7TH GRADE TEXAS HISTORY.
8TH GRADE U.S. HISTORY.
AMERICAN GOVERNMENT.
U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1877.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS.
A Houston charter school’s Texas Education Agency grant application specifically identified Imagine Learning for seventh-grade Texas History and eighth- and eleventh-grade U.S. History.
We’re talking about lessons addressing Texas independence, annexation, the Constitution and the history of our country.
WHO is writing those lessons? WHERE are they being developed? Who has final editorial authority?
AND THEN THERE’S THE CHILDREN’S DATA.
Imagine Learning’s privacy policy says its platforms can collect student names, assessments, writing samples, audio recordings, demographic information, and sensitive indicators including IEP status, foster care and homelessness.
The company says personal information is stored and processed in the United States, but it’s also hiring platform and data engineers in India.
Can employees or contractors overseas remotely access identifiable student records? Do Infosys or LearningMate personnel have access? What do the Texas contracts actually permit?
We have outsourced American jobs, technology and entire industries. Now companies are building offshore operations around the development of lessons for American children - financed by American taxpayers.
TEXAS NEEDS A FULL AUDIT OF IMAGINE LEARNING.
Every taxpayer dollar, every offshore contractor, every curriculum author, every AI workflow and every very permission to access student data.
American parents deserve to know who writes their children’s lessons and who can see their records.
How many of you knew OUR children’s curriculum is being developed in India?
I think I need to keep pulling this thread.
WTF! Houston just walked away from $150 million to fight crime.
The city needs that money badly. The problem was the string attached, which was helping ICE.
Mayor Whitmire's staff quietly applied for the DOJ Model Cities grant without City Council approval. The vote got pulled from the agenda twice. Last week his office said the city was "not taking any action." On Monday he admitted the application was already in and yanked it.
The DOJ rules were simple. If you take the money, you line up with federal priorities, and supporting immigration enforcement is one of them. A council member demanded they pull out because Houston might not be able to tell ICE no and still keep the cash.
This money was meant for violent crime, teen violence and domestic violence. One of their own council members said the city "desperately needs this money."
Houston would rather leave $150 million on the table than work with ICE. Houston families pay for that choice, and Texans should be furious about it.

Three years ago over 1,000 Jews (including 49 Americans) were brutally murdered in Israel in one of the worst Islamic terrorist attacks of our lives. May their memory be a blessing.
We are protecting the American worker by shutting down the pipeline of systemic fraud that has flooded our country with foreign labor at the expense of American workers. 🇺🇸
Mia Schem was a Drake fan. She listened to his music, admired him and even received clothing from his brand. Then she heard him say: “Pray for Gaza.”
For Mia, those words landed very differently.
Mia was shot and kidnapped from the Nova festival on October 7 and dragged into Gaza, where she spent 55 days in Hamas captivity. She says the wife of the man holding her sometimes fed her only once every two or three days, while his children would taunt her with food and then refuse to give it to her.
“They treated me like an animal in a cage.”
Mia says she initially believed that perhaps the women and children around her would show some humanity. Instead, she says she saw hatred being taught from childhood: “They teach the children from the beginning to hate, to become terrorists and to glorify death.”
Her friend Elia Toledano was kidnapped from Nova as well. He never came home alive.
So when Mia heard Drake’s message, she says she was shocked. And she had something to say to celebrities who speak so confidently about a reality they have never lived: “People don’t understand anything. They follow what other people say, like sheep.”
“I was kidnapped from my country and taken to Gaza. I know how they treated me there.”
That is the part Drake and every celebrity turning Gaza into a slogan should hear.
Mia does not know Gaza from TikTok, hashtags or celebrity activism. She knows it because she was dragged there wounded, held hostage, starved and tormented.
Before preaching to the world about Gaza, listen to the woman who was actually taken there against her will.
Her testimony matters more than any celebrity slogan.

🚨 JUST IN: Effective immediately the Trump administration has hereby SUSPENDED ADOBE, MICROSOFT, Cognizant, Tata, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini from the Permanent Labor Certification Program
They undercut American workers. THEY FAFO'D
THIS. IS. MASSIVE.
"Since 2009, just these companies alone have requested almost 3 million foreign workers. They've received over 230,000 H1B visas approvals and over 100,000 permanent labor certifications."
"That's hundreds of thousands of jobs that were taken from American workers!"
The age of AMERICA FIRST is ALIVE AND WELL right now
A flurry of companies, including some of the biggest outsourcing giants on the planet. Tata, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL have been H1B pipelines for YEARS
Without PERM, they can't sponsor foreign workers for green cards. The path to keep them here for good is SHUT!
Vance, Stephen Miller, and IG D'Esposito are delivering exactly what Trump promised in 2024!
HIRE AMERICAN, IT IS THAT SIMPLE 🇺🇸
🚨 BREAKING: VP JD Vance, flanked by Stephen Miller and AG Blanche, just walked out and announced a HISTORIC CRACKDOWN on H-1B and foreign visa fraud — SPECIFICALLY exposing Microsoft for laying off 6,000 US workers, despite hiring 6,300 H1B visas and 3,000 green cards
WOW!
VANCE: "NO company has abused this more than Microsoft."
"H1B is how they get in...a PERM program is how they STAY. After a couple cycles of H1B, companies apply for a PERM to let them stay indefinitely."
This is huge!
The PERM program is being suspended for Microsoft.
The days of taking advantage of Americans are OVER!!
Marco Rubio just gave an absolute masterclass on shutting down fake news.
Instead of asking questions on what the administration is actually doing, the media asks about false reports.
Rubio: “Who told you we said that?”
Reporter: “The Wall Street Journal”
Rubio: “Oh, it’s in the newspaper so it’s true? I can show you a lot of articles that are not true.”
“Just because you guys report something doesn’t mean it’s true. You know this, right?”
This is how you do it.
