@GNRailComplain @GNRailUK can I ask is there a limit to how many bikes per carriage? The 2nd front carriage on my morning train is becoming a health and safety issue with bike users blocking exit doors by time we reach Cambridge. Must have counted 6 or 7 cycles this morning!

Usually u can’t get a train to run on time or at all because train drivers can’t be bothered to turn up and now your letting them go early!

@GNRailUK why almost every morning our train is delayed 4/5 mins because of this - we have 4 lanes here so why can’t this run in the middle lane so not to interfere with our “passenger trains!”

@GoWhippet honestly ur policy is a bit pathetic, this morning genuinely forgot my work pass which my partner reminded me with a photo, had a clear photo of pass to show driver, I’m wearing uniform with Uni logo of where I work and why else would I be on the bus?
