Richard’s blog was the last Irish blog that I read. 17 years later. I’ve gotten to know Richard over that time so was really saddened to hear of his death last week. So, I wanted to say thanks. To him and to people like @damienmulley for the introduction. @headrambles RIP.
Sad thought’s this morning with the passing of Richard from Head Rambles. I started with Twitter back in 2008. Back then, there was a thriving, supporting, encouraging, warm and friendly community of Irish bloggers. Time moved on and the blogging scene moved on along with it.
@KellyMatshall@annie_mcginley Worrying, holding a grudge and being afraid. 3 things I think are bad reasons in life. Also, the words: I can't should be stricken from the dictionary. ☺️
I was having such a nice night with my wife. Then I get a notification that one of my best friends died. But it's not true! It's a scam. Trying to make me click on a link. I'm not posting it on the platform that it was received on because I don't want to draw attention there.
Lots happening in March and April. Several solo performances, a recording from 2022 that will be aired on RTE and of course the launch of the latest album from Dabilla.
We have been releasing new music lately. This single has been particularly well received. There's more to come, so please give Dabilla a follow. Available on all streaming platforms. https://t.co/j8eeJondPb
The energy at the Fleadh yesterday was fantastic. I can't quite explain how much I enjoy entertaining people through music. First with Dabilla. Then again with Tradify.
