CHRISTIANITY DOES NOT PRODUCE DUMMIES
The Christian faith does not produce dummies. It produces men and women whose priority is Jesus Christ, whose wisdom flows from the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, and whose relevance transcends the church walls.
The Church is beyond an intellectual space, but it should not ignore the power of intellect, creativity, and excellence. Sitting under a sound minister of God who is refined should be educative, elevate your thinking, drive out laziness, and inspire growth in every area of life.
The Holy Spirit empowers believers to become resourceful and relevant. Our impact should not end with Sunday services; it should be evident in our workplaces, schools, businesses, and every sphere of society.
The efficiency of priesthood demands broad knowledge and the ability to communicate God's wisdom to people from every walk of life. The value of gathering in church on Sunday should be evident in the results seen from Monday through the rest of the week.
The Christian faith produces believers who are spiritually vibrant, intellectually sound, and equipped to become solutions to their generation.

CELEBRATING A FATHER, A VOICE, A GIFT TO OUR GENERATION — HAPPY BIRTHDAY APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN
"I have found Joshua My servant; with My holy oil have I anointed him." Psalm 89:20
Today, we celebrate our dear father and mentor, whose "yes" to the Lord has become a doorway through which countless souls have encountered Christ, been transformed, and received light. We honour not just your birth, but your obedience. Not just your impact, but your consistency. Not just your ministry, but your unwavering devotion to revealing Jesus Christ and bringing Him glory.
Through your teachings, many have found language for their destinies. Through your support and prayers, many have found the strength to keep believing. Through your example, many have discovered that intimacy with God is not a myth, but a possibility.
You have taught us the way to love and shown us what true greatness in the Kingdom looks like. You have taught us to pursue Jesus above all else, to value Christ-like character above charisma, and to contend for deeper dimensions of spiritual growth and maturity.
The countless souls saved, lives touched, destinies aligned, families restored, leaders raised, and altars rekindled through Koinonia stand as living proof that one yielded life can become a blessing to nations.
Thank you for remaining faithful to the call.
Thank you for teaching us the ways of God.
Thank you for carrying the burdens of many with grace and compassion
Thank you for being a voice of hope, faith, and light in our time.
Thank you for demonstrating that a man can walk with God, remain yielded to Him, and finish strong.
As we honour you on this special day, we pray that the God whom you have served so faithfully will continue to strengthen you, enlarge your influence for His glory, multiply His grace upon your life, and reward every sacrifice made in devotion to His purposes.
May your latter days be greater than your former. May the oil upon your life never cease. May your voice continue to echo across nations. May kings and generations yet unborn rise and call you blessed. May the impact of your life continue to bear fruit for eternity.
Happy Birthday, Apostle Joshua Selman.

I have lived 23 years in Nigeria and 17 years abroad. Here is what self-help gurus won't tell you
1. You can't outwork your location
I worked hard growing up in Nigeria.
Anyone who went to school with me will tell you.
I will resume school later than my mates due to late payment of fees and I will still end up among the best in class.
Poverty showed me shege!
Then I moved abroad.
Same person. Same work ethic. Same drive.
My currency had actual purchasing power.
My labour was valued 10x higher for the same work.
Infrastructure actually functioned.
That's not mindset or manifestation.
That's geography.
Your location determines your floor and ceiling.
Hard work only determines where you land within that range.
It is not your fault. It is the structural reality.
2. What you work on matters more than how hard you work.
This shifted everything for me.
Before you ask "How can I work harder?" ask this:
"The people who did this work before me - where did they end up? Do I want to end up there?"
If you don't like the destination, effort alone won't save you.
You need a different path, not more hours.
3. If you can't move physically, move digitally
I know what it feels like to have your geography hold you hostage.
But here's the only advantage our generation has: The internet doesn't check your passport like embassy.
20 years ago, I used Google to research scholarships.
Today, you have ChatGPT, Claude, and tools that would have seemed like magic back then.
But most people use the internet to scroll, not to build.
They consume content instead of creating it.
They watch other people win instead of building their own leverage.
Same tools. Completely different outcomes.
Gurus won't tell you this because it destroys their "100% mindset" business model.
Focus on these three and 2026 won't look like 2025.
Location × Leverage × Work Ethic = Outcome
Do you agree, or do you think hard work alone is enough?
If you learn from this, share it with someone who needs to hear it.
Follow me for more uncomfortable truths about success, geography, and what they won't tell you in the webinars.
I have paid the tuition. You get the lessons.
First, the nature of the warfare
Paul uses the word wrestle not to describe a battle to gain victory, but a contest of resistance within a settled outcome. Wrestling in the Greco-Roman world was not about killing an opponent; it was about forcing a submission. That already tells you something crucial. The enemy Paul describes is not advancing. He is attempting to regain leverage he no longer possesses.
This is why Paul begins with a negation before he lists the realities.
“We do not wrestle against flesh and blood.”
That sentence removes humans, ancestry, bloodlines, cultures, and genealogy from the battlefield. What remains is not people but authority claims. The “but” does not escalate danger; it specifies the category. Paul is saying, if you are going to speak about warfare at all, speak about it accurately.
The rulers, authorities, and powers are not beings ruling believers. They are displaced hierarchies attempting relevance in a world where Christ now reigns. Their influence is not positional; it is persuasive. They operate by suggestion, deception, and accusation, not dominion.
Second, the present status of these powers
Paul is not introducing a new threat in Ephesians 6. He is applying an earlier revelation.
Colossians 2:15 states it plainly:
Christ “disarmed principalities and powers, made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross.”
Disarmed means stripped of weapons. Public spectacle means exposed, not hidden. Triumph means concluded victory, not ongoing contest.
So when Paul names rulers and powers in Ephesians, he is not reversing Colossians. He is assuming it. The enemy still exists, but without legal authority, without weapons, and without position.
That is why Ephesians 1:20–22 matters.
Christ is seated far above all principality, power, might, and dominion.
And Ephesians 2:6 completes the thought.
Believers are seated with Him.
You cannot be wrestling from below what you are seated above.
Third, the nature of the armour
The whole armour of God is not equipment for invasion. It is protection for position.
Notice the absence of offensive weapons aimed at enemies. The armour does not advance territory. It preserves standing.
Truth stabilises the mind.
Righteousness guards the heart, and it is Christ’s righteousness, not yours.
The gospel of peace anchors the feet, not with aggression but with assurance.
Faith extinguishes fiery darts, which are ideas, lies, accusations, and narratives.
Salvation guards consciousness.
The Word is spoken, not to attack demons, but to affirm reality.
This armour is worn by someone who is already in the throne room, not by someone trying to break into it.
Finally, the logic of standing
Paul repeats one command: stand.
Stand against.
Withstand.
Stand.
Stand therefore.
Standing is not passive. It is the posture of someone who refuses displacement. The warfare is not about overthrowing powers; it is about refusing to be talked out of what Christ has already accomplished.
That is why bloodline theology fails.
It pulls believers out of their seat and puts them back on the ground.
It turns disarmed powers into active rulers.
It replaces standing with searching.
A believer does not fight for victory.
A believer stands in victory.
And principalities have nothing left to do but attempt persuasion.
That is the warfare.
