@VerizonSupport I'm having the most miserable time on the phone with you. After calling to get phone ported into Fios, I was told it wasn't possible and the port was then only done after asking to talk to the manager. Your rep then moved my appt date and it couldn't change back.
It was very frustrating and only ended when the rep insisted that no changes can be made for 24 hours. I'm about ready to look for another provider and you haven't even installed my service yet! I don’t trust that everything is actually done. Could you please take a look at it?
The icing on the cake was your rep asking for the password that I use on my other carrier and insisting it was needed. When I told her it was unusual and not ok, she put me on hold for 10 mins and said the port was fully complete, but my appointment is moved.
