I just want to quickly highlight how important it is to have a healthy and communicative dialog with your leadership.
As a single parent with raging ADHD, during the Rona and today's sociopolitical climate, etc etc, things haven't been great.

Today, my manager and i had a wonderful open dialogue about mental health, ADHD, and what I'm struggling with. He both suggested, and acted on, healthy things we can both do to help me continue to be a decent employee while managing all of that.
