We are absolutely our worst client. Really. We suck and are basically impossible to work with.
Going on 20 years:
- No office
- No office politics
- No commuting
- No forced "retreats"
- Zero performance reviews
- Almost zero useless meetings
I no longer see an real advantage to an office and making people go there everyday.
Agree or disagree?
That about sums it up.
