Please explain in what way Mr.Krishnaraj Rao can be considered my channel partner. You can refer to Google or Wikipedia. He didn't act under my instruction and I didn't pay him anything.
He considers himself a journalist and he helped me expose the practices being followed in your organisation that are hurting the common public.
I have no connection with him except that I shared a few videos that exposed the truth.
Unless Mr. Krishnaraj Rao or any other person gives a power of attorney or authorization letter to me or to you for me to sign on behalf of him, how can you get my signature and still say that I have to bear the responsibility?
As per law, a husband or wife signing on behalf of the other person is invalid.
I can assure you that I will not make any new videos and give them to anyone to post my case because I consider that my issues were addressed on September 6th, but I don't know what Club Mahindra wants to do with the letter, which contains some one-sided invalid terms.

I am stating it again that, I had very little time to read and understand the contents of the letter. And none of us had any food until we left around 1730 hours on that day. Changes were not just made by me but also by you, even until the end of the day. Consider a rental document, would any landlord give a document to a tenant to sign immediately?. If I dont eat food whole day how can I be at a good mental situation to read and understand everything.
Any agreement preventing freedom of expression by speaking the truth is not legal. If you don't want me to say anything about the contents of the letter to my wife, my friends, or my relatives, what will they understand from what happened on September 6th? How can I prevent them from speaking about the mental trauma ever again? I need to explain the reality to them to prevent them from writing or posting in the future.
For your information, it was stated by my lawyer and your lawyer acknowledged that the letter or agreement is not valid legally.
And I am stating it again that since my issues were addressed on 6th september I don't want to escalate or carry the baggage.
I can say that voluntarily I will not speak about Club Mahindra, but involuntarily, if some topic comes up in front of me, how can I avoid it all my life? You can compensate for the hurt and mental trauma, but the scar always remains.
If you still want the contents of the letter to be kept confidential only between myself and Club Mahindra, I would suggest Club Mahindra bear the locker expenses until my lifetime, otherwise, there is no possibility for me to prevent my wife or family from knowing the contents of the letter. You don't want me to say a word to my family or friends and I am not living alone. This is completely one-sided. Please check the reality of such one-sided terms legally. If I can't say anything to my wife, why and how is it that my wife will never speak about the unfair practices happening in your company?
FYI So many times, so many changes have been made to so many agreements, and the famous one is between Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani regarding the increase in gas prices, which happened more than 15 years back, or you can even consider the example of the issue between EPS and OPS.

Yesterday I was having a chat with my friend telling him how Zerodha is the undisputed leader in the Market and No other broker can also come near Zerodha

He said, by next near I won't be surprised if Groww becomes bigger than zerodha.

(Note: We are looking at active clients not total clients)

Me being unaware about the recent numbers told him Zerodha will have at least 3-4 times more than Groww

When I actually looked at the list from 2020, the way in which Groww and Angel have come up is just shocking.

Groww which didn't even make it to the top 5 brokers in 2020, and now it is just 7% away to outthrow Zerodha as the number one

The rate at which Angelone has grown is also no less. Won't be surprised if they start giving a tough fight to Zerodha in the next 1-2 years.

All in all it did surprise me to see Zerodha's No. 1 position in Threat and I was totally unaware of this fact.
