The forum amplified youth voices in Internet governance processes and showcased innovative, youth-led solutions to today's digital challenges.

Amatha Tech invites passionate youth to join the Digital Literacy Volunteering Program (DLVP) – Cohort 3 (2026) under the Digital Empowerment Hub (DEH-Rwanda) @DigitalTechRw. This program implemented in collaboration with Karongi Youth Center, EduConnect Rwanda, and other strategic partners.

A practical program building digital skills, cybersecurity awareness, innovation capacity & career readiness, aligned with SDGs, Rwanda National Strategy Transformation (NST2) & EAC digital transformation priorities.

👥 Eligibility: 18–35 years, A2–A0+, tech interest, 8hrs/week availability (6 months)

The European Union is offering grants from EUR 1 million to EUR 3 million (total EUR 6 million) for civil society projects that:
