Yesterday, I visited this Government Anganwadi to get Pulse Polio drops for my daughter.

The frontline workers are doing an incredible job despite having almost nothing. But the condition of this Anganwadi is heartbreaking. A tiny, ageing building in desperate need of renovation.

Every child, irrespective of where they’re born, deserves a safe and dignified learning environment.

I sincerely request the concerned authorities to inspect both of these Anganwadi’s and take immediate steps to renovate or rebuild it. This isn’t about politics, it’s about our children.

This Anganwadi is in Chettinayakampatti and there’s another one in Rajakkapatti which is also in same condition. Both are in Dindigul.
