I find it very revealing that @PabloTorre, when handed a story about player health, a billionaire ownership that won't release the safety report it commissioned (or even name the scientist who wrote it), and a utility racing to expand capacity next to the 49ers practice facilities to feed more data centers than any city in California, chose to side against the players.

As far as I can tell, he outsourced the entire investigation to Science Vs. They consulted at least three scientists who believe my theory is biologically defensible and deserves real study, and yet none of them were given air time. They gave the floor to exactly one EMF scientist who just happens to be the vice-chair of the very organization whose exposure limits I'm challenging.

When I first spoke with a PTFO producer, I was told they wanted to earn my trust ahead of an interview with Pablo. They believed the press had treated me unfairly, and that the "conspiracy theory" framing was itself part of the story. That interview never happened. The episode went out as "We Solve the 49ers Viral Conspiracy Theory," and Pablo's newsletter headline was "The Electromagnetic 49ers Conspiracy." That is not Pulitzer-winning work.

A league that spent decades denying CTE while its players paid with their brains, now waving off players' concerns about soft-tissue injuries. A power industry that has spent even longer keeping evidence of EMF harm away from the public. These are stories worth chasing. Instead, Pablo Torre saw me as a "truther" who needed to be "debunked".

There is a real story here. I'm one person doing this alone, and I'll keep at it, but a newsroom has what I don't: financial resources, staff, and the institutional weight that at least forces a response. This story is just sitting there, waiting for a journalist with the courage to take it seriously.

In Texas, a criminal can steal your $6,000,000 building for $30 in cash.

No ID required. No background check. Just a forged signature and a trip to the county clerk.

In 2022, this happened to two of our buildings. If you own real estate, you are a target.

The Texas county recording system runs on a "notice" basis. The clerk’s job is to record documents. Not verify them.

A criminal created a fake deed for two of our assets. They used a cut-and-paste notary stamp pulled from a different public record. They used a courier to send the documents into the clerk’s office. The courier handed over the forged paper and paid $30 in cash.

The clerk accepted the document. No driver's license. No signature check.

The public record showed a Delaware LLC owned my property. $6 million in equity vanished from the legal chain of title in seconds.

Once a criminal controls the deed, they have two moves. They sell the property to an unsuspecting buyer and disappear with the cash. Or they get a hard money loan against it, collect the proceeds, and vanish. Either way, they try to be long gone before you find out.

I found out during a refinance. My title company called with a question: "Why did you quitclaim these buildings to a new entity?"

I hadn't.

I contacted the Dallas Police Department, the FBI, and the Texas Secretary of State. Every agency gave the same answer: they are overwhelmed with this type of fraud and didn't have the time or resources to pursue it.

The criminals hide behind Delaware shells and registered agents. The county takes cash, so there is no bank trail. There is no ID requirement, so there is no face for the cameras.

Most investors assume their title policy covers this. It does not.

Standard title insurance covers defects that existed before you closed. It guarantees you received a clean deed at purchase.

It does nothing for crimes committed after.

This is a gap in your risk management you did not know you had.

It took 90 days of legal work to fix.

The "new owner" was a ghost. I had to file a lawsuit to quiet the title. I spent $20,000 in legal fees and secured a default judgment because the criminals never showed up to court (obviously).

I won. But I am out $20,000 and three months of sleep.

Criminals hunt three targets: raw land, free-and-clear buildings, and estate properties.

A mortgage acts as a tripwire because banks flag transfers. If you own your assets outright, you are defenseless.

Here is what I did after this happened to me:

Property alerts. Most counties offer a free service that emails you when a document is recorded against your parcel number. Sign up for every asset you own. This costs nothing.

Entity audits. Make sure your Secretary of State filings are current. Criminals look for lapsed registrations and "zombie" entities to find their next target.

Push for policy change. State legislatures are starting to act. The law must require a government-issued ID to record a transfer of real property. It is insane that it does not.

When people say "There's no study that says EMF damages tendons" they are using the 'truth' to tell a lie.

There is not a 'single' study. You have to connect two studies. I guess that is too hard?

Vitamin K Shot Linked To Leukemia In Children

Vitamin K shots given to newborn babies contains 20,000 times the needed dose and increases the risk of a child developing leukemia, according to new research.

Not all babies are at risk for vitamin K deficiency, yet nearly all are recommend the Vitamin K shot by doctors. Those that are at risk include babies born to mothers who used drugs or antibiotics during pregnancy, premature babies, and babies born via cesarean. Also at risk are mothers who had maternity diets low in high vitamin K foods or diets that were low in fat. But for everyone else, their babies will acquire sufficient levels of Vitamin K via the placenta & colostrum- typically within the first week after birth.

For a newborn, the Vitamin K shot- injected into a baby’s bloodstream/deep muscle tissue- is 20,000 times the needed dose. Beyond that insanity, the injection also contains a toxic preservative- Benzyl alcohol- that can be especially harmful to your baby’s delicate, young immune system.

This is important for babies because the body doesn’t easily utilise synthetic vitamins and minerals and the vitamin K administered by hospitals is the synthetic, phytonadione.

But it’s also important because the Vitamin K shot has been linked to leukaemia, including acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (characterized by an increased number of white corpuscles in the blood) and accounts for about 85 percent of childhood leukaemia.

So, in case you’ve never gotten a copy of the Vitamin K Vaccine Package Insert, here it is:

AquaMEPHYTON injection is a yellow, sterile, aqueous colloidal solution of vitamin K1, with a pH of 5.0 to 7.0, available for injection by the intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous routes.

Each milliliter contains: Phytonadione: 2 mg or 10 mg

Inactive ingredients: Polyoxyethylated fatty acid derivative : 70 mg
Dextrose: 37.5 mg
Water for Injection, q.s: 1 mL
Added as preservative: Benzyl alcohol: 0.9%

Benzyl alcohol, which is toxic, is known to cause problems like respiratory failure, vasodilation, hypotension, convulsions, and paralysis.

Animal toxicity studies show an LD((50)) of approximately 33 ml/kg (300 mg/kg) in rats treated by rapid intravenous infusion with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, although 40 ml/kg (360 mg/kg) by slow intravenous infusion was tolerated without mortality.

Currently, the best way to protect your baby from this shot is to sign the necessary paper-work to “opt out”, via your family doctor, BEFORE your baby is born. And during your time in the hospital, to further protect your child, someone should carry all necessary forms (several copies) at all times. Do not allow your baby to be taken away for any “health” inspections before you’ve handed over those documents.

- Good! Still do NOT sign theirs, and then only turn in the "Vaccine Notice" form.

- Yes it will! Any doctor/hospital related settings.

🗣 "I'm pregnant, will the Vaccine Notice form work for when I give birth at the hospital as well?"

- Most definitely! You are at your most vulnerable state after giving birth, and the last thing you need is to be harassed for denying shots to your newborn. So do NOT sign the hospitals version either!
Turn in this form, and you will be fine.

Always use the language, "A notice to no longer vaccinate." Or "A notice to not vaccinate."
Never use the language "denying" or "refusing."
