Their software and promotional messages are designed in such a way that sometimes by mistake when a duplicate emi request gets raised , instead of reversing it, they ask for 3% preclousure charges and also at start emi conversion charge is taken, it's complete loot

It is unfortunate that Hindenburg Research against whom SEBI has taken an Enforcement action and issued a show cause notice has chosen to attempt character assassination in response to the same.
