Introducing the Lenny Skills Database!
Ever wanted to tell stories like @aprildunford or lead teams like Brian Chesky?
Well, now you can. Earlier this week, @lennysan made all his podcast transcripts available for anyone to download.
And instead of just building another chatbot, we wanted to create something that people could use immediately in the places they work.
Since we work with AI every day, we thought, what if we could extract all the knowledge in these episodes and turn them into Agent Skills.
And that's how the Lenny Skills Database was born! You'll find 87 skills from defining a product vision to building a sales team. You can learn these skills on the site, or download them and install into Claude or any AI and get access to that skill in your work.
For example, the Product Vision skill combines insights from @eoghan, @jackiebo, @m2jr and more into an agent skill that can generate product documents for you, give you feedback on your vision, and so on.

This is René Girard.
The man who mentored Peter Thiel at Stanford.
He taught Thiel a devastating philosophy that led Thiel to invest in Facebook before anyone else (and turn $500K into $1 BILLION).
Here's that philosophy:
Naval Ravikant calls this man "the smartest living human".
He wrote two books that shaped Naval's entire philosophy on wealth & success.
These are the ideas of David Deutsche — the man who developed the ultimate framework for solving any problem🧵
@denk_tweets i used to click with the central mouse button on posts links in the "posts" page at beehiiv and open different tabs, but ~a week ago it stopped working (right button + open in new tab also doesn't work, i use it to analyse multiple posts). loved the former ux. 😅
“How to really filter signal from noise”. Can’t get this idea out of my mind… 🔂
Filters maximize results. This is my biggest bet on “the most important skill for the next century”.
