@WaitWhat FYI - one in four women over 50 have a condition called gluteal tendinopathy (GT). It is an invisible condition until the person has to act quickly. Getting into a stationary car is impossible at GTs worst and a calculated exercise at its best. Walking is even harder.

This brings up the importance of transparency with accounting for fraud. What are the fraud numbers by program?
