@Legrand_IN Legrand does not change or replace the products even after printing the warranty on their box. My trip switches were denied of replacement even they were under warranty.

Legrand MCB products went faulty within just 2 month of purchase and the dealer and Legrand refused to replace.

@Legrand_IN my 2 MCB switches went faulty withing 3 - 4 months of purchase, the seller from whom I bought with GST invoice has clearly refused to replace inspite of mail instructions from Legrand support centre. My complaint Ticket no with Legrand is 2308025348SED. Now what to do

@Legrand_IN My complaint Ticket no is 2308025348SED. THIS TICKET NO HAVE MY CONTACT DETAILS. Legrand team member mr Lokesh is again and again disconnecting the calls and not giving any response. Mr rohit from Legrand did false commitment of replacement at first and then denied. Hopeless.
