@HathwayBrdband . It is a painful experience of registering a complaint for broadband issue. Chat bot is pathetic and 03340302444 bot is there on helpline number also. It is too difficult to get help in case of broadband issue. But there is delay of 1 day to renew the pack, (1)

@RBI @RBIsays please look into slice small finance Bank operations. They are unable to provide exact reason to customer about their account issue. They are collecting data, customer information and doing KYC and after kyc @slice_cares informs that your account is in waiting list
