Dear @coinbase @CoinbaseSupport,

What is going on with the P&L display after the recent server/migration update?

I have already updated my Coinbase app, but I’m still seeing different P&L values inside my individual position and on the Portfolio screen.

In my XRP 50× short, the position details show +180.91 USDC UP&L, while the Portfolio page shows a completely different overall P&L figure.

I understand Coinbase migrated the perpetuals infrastructure, but users need consistent and accurate P&L information after the migration.

I have already raised a support ticket. Please investigate my account from the backend and confirm:

• My original position/economic exposure
• Entry price and quantity
• Realized + unrealized P&L
• Margin and liquidation price
• Why the position-level and Portfolio P&L are displaying different values

Please don’t simply tell me to update the app. The app is already updated.

This is leveraged trading involving real money. Conflicting P&L figures are extremely concerning.

Please fix this immediately and provide a clear explanation.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TODAY?

After your server migration, you changed the average entry prices of my open long positions. I DID NOT CLOSE THEM. I DID NOT MODIFY THEM. YOU changed how my positions are being represented.

I have been maintaining my X account and posting my P&L percentages EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’ve been transparent with my followers and tracking these positions carefully.

Now, after Coinbase’s migration, my percentages are suddenly showing MINUS because you changed the displayed entry prices.

Do you understand how frustrating and painful this is?

These are not just numbers on a screen. This is REAL MONEY, REAL RISK and positions I have been holding and documenting every day.

I KNOW what my positions were before the migration.

I KNOW what my percentages were.

And now your system has changed the numbers and made my performance history look completely different.

I don’t want some generic “your economic exposure remains the same” reply.

I WANT MY ORIGINAL POSITION DATA AND ENTRY PRICES BACK.

If Coinbase can migrate a position, Coinbase should be able to preserve the actual entry price and P&L history that the customer had BEFORE the migration.

PLEASE FIX THIS.

Do not make your customers suffer because of an internal system migration.
