@Ryanair never saw such a bad airline! We had waited for our flight for hours!!no explanation at all!! Then boarding started. When everyone was on the bus we were taken off again!! Back to the gate again! Is this the service you provide? @ryanair

@staralliance @tapairportugal Sorry but I’m not sure if TAP has the standards of Star Alliance. If I look at how they treat their customers and how they CAN’T handle the luggage. Also terribly overcrowded tiny lounge in Lisbon. Bad hygiene standards in the lounge 🤦‍♀️

@_austrian how did Austrian Airlines manage not to put a tag on our luggage?? How did the luggage without a tag end up in Dallas,TX instead of Vienna, Austria?? Thanks to @AmericanAir for finding it!!

@_austrian Of course! We contacted Vienna and Washington DC. Luggage simply disappeared!!! And Austrian Airlines so far only said bla bla bla...
