Moving to greener pastures for a lot of reasons, including the fact that it took 11 tries to send this. Since it might be due to some keywords that hurt the owner's fragile ego, here check my bio and linktree to find me somewhere else! https://t.co/HAXfzRZgkE
@mercor_ai it's 2026, why do you still have residency requirements in your job posts? I didn't know that living in a different country automatically erases my native capabilities in a certain language. Way to cut off a significant percentage of talent 👍🏻
For once in my life I'd like someone to discuss the fact that you can stay in this country for 20, 30, 50 years paying everything and being the best worker in the world and never be able to apply for permanent residency because you only get 1 year visas based on your job contract
@YouTube there is a scam going around in Italy where an "agency" is offering to pay people for likes on their "client" channels. I have screenshots with names from a family member but nowhere to send them.
@themainichi I know y'all only care about STEM research, but at least recognize that the situation for people in social science and humanities is even worse as the "option to switch to a permanent position" doesn't exist AT ALL.
@themainichi No one I know has been converted to a permanent position unless they were already tenure track positions clearly labeled at the moment of hiring. 99% of positions I see online for my field are 5 years only and you already know when you go in that you will 100% leave in 5 years.
Maybe with the tokuten people will actually be able to buy goods, half of the goods were sold out before the intermission and the line was cut way before start last time. It's only the region where shipping costs more than goods, people clearly won't buy everything they can
As usual amazing experience with #SymphonyOfSeasons in Japan. SS tickets for 16.000 yen for a live in January (sale in May) with 0 information on the seats' location or what the additional goods are (the only two perks of the ticket), basically give us money cos trust me bro 1/2
#rakuten refuses to allow emails and wants me to receive a call from an unknown phone number to discuss credit card related stuff. Yeah no. I ain't answering the phone, I guess you'll reimburse me when my card is fraudulently used cos my information got leaked from a 3rd party 🤷🏻♀️
