@AmazfitIN I spent 12k on your smartwatch &within 2 yrs the battery died. Service center asked me to courier it, returned it unfixed - even after I paid upfront. It still switches off once unplugged, terrible support. I want a refund +compensation

Facing an issue with a warranty claim. The issue reoccurred within a month. Tried to claim on the last day but the app was unresponsive. Next day, claim option was gone. Product was barely used as we were out of station. Please assist.

Your delivery partners have been extremely disappointing. The consignment was marked as delivered, yet it hasn’t actually been received. There has been no further update from your side please clarify what is happening and whether the package will be delivered
